Eating “soul-fully” is something that’s available to all of us, no matter our faith or philosophy. By being aware when we select, prepare and eat our food, we can radically increase our vibrancy, vitality, eco-awareness and connection to Spirit.

Join Maureen as she discusses a wide range of nutritional topics, including raw foods, macrobiotics, Ayurveda, acid-alkaline balancing, food combining, “living water,” weight-loss strategies and more. Come share insights, laughter and delicious raw food treats, as we discover how to give up guilt and to love (and eat) ourselves back to wholeness.
